Trang An Grottoes area is located 8km North-West of Ninh Binh grottoes has an area of 1,500ha including limestone ranges, valleys, caves. All these features make a fanciful and romantic atmosphere. There is a system of unique grottoes consists of 11 caves as Linh cave, Toi cave, Sang cave, Seo cave, Ba Giot cave, etc. In archaeological excavation, many valuable relics has been discovered like bows, dishes, pots, bricks and ancient money dated from 10th century.
All the scenes seem to be lighted which create a particular and interesting space awaking a wide range of mythical imagination.
In the morning:
- 08:30 a.m: Leave for Trang An, take a rowing boat along river among nine valley and go through 9 caves with numerous stone in different shapes and sizes. In addition, wind, clean and cold water in grottoes also bring visitors pleasant feelings.
- Visitors may also walk up the mountain to visit Noi Lam temple, where worship Tran Quy Minh – a genius General of Hung King.
In the afternoon:
